Fire is still active and 0% contained. Fire operations continuing today. All evacuation orders are still in place for Hillcrest, Silverado, Original, Pine Ridge, and Sagewood neighborhoods. Evacuation center is open at Basalt High School. All information for this event will continue to be provided through Pitkin Alert and Eagle County Alert as it becomes available, do not call 911 for updates.
